Day 8

Location - Boise, Idaho Miles/Total Miles - 62/612 Climb - 1,650
We only did sixty two miles today, coasting into our off day in Boise. Two months ago I'd have been saying - I only did 35 miles today expecting someone to say that was a fair distance. The ride was basically flat through farmland and into Boise and from what I can tell so far a beautiful city. I'm going to do a little tourist stuff tomorrow, take a few pictures and report back. Today's blog is really about what we've been eating each day and for a guy that never ate breakfast, a lite lunch and dinner, this has not only been a ride accross America but also an eat across america.
